We’re excited to have you onboard! 

You will receive a welcome email confirming everything you can expect from us, as well as a clear breakdown  of your setup fee and subscription costs. If you are happy with everything, simply pay the setup fee and we get started!

Telephone Consultation

Things get exciting!  

Your dedicated designer will contact you to arrange a telephone consultation. This is our chance to get to know all about your business and what website will work best for you. We can look at some existing websites to get a feel for what you like and take design requests.

The First Draft is Ready

The big day arrives!

We are nearly there, the first draft is sent via email for your review. Only you can view the working preview of the website and it is not public until you approve the design and tell us to make it live. Usually it is pretty close to being finished at this stage, but we are here to help get it from really good to perfect!

Final Touches

After the first draft, our websites go through 2 sets of design edits to make sure it is perfect.


Your dedicated designer will give you a call to chat through your feedback, and we’ll also send you a feedback form where you can share any detailed notes or design tweaks you’d like to make.

Time to Go Live

As soon as you say 'Go', we press 'Publish'. you are officially live. Your website is fully usable and available to the public.
